Booking, technology and reporting

HRG Online is our own proprietary technology that has been developed and enhanced to support  unique Government requirements. It has allowed us to control and evolve our own development pipeline to support bespoke client functionality and to  bring in new and relevant rich content for air, hotel, rail and ground sources. We've designed HRG Online to give users the best experience wherever they may be; at their desk, on their tablet or from a mobile device. For travellers on the go, the HRG app delivers all of the travel alerts, notifications, updates and facilities that you would expect from state of the art communications.

We were also the first TMC to be awarded IATA Level 3 certification for NDC meaning that everyone can benefit from access to more choice from more content.

For your business reporting needs we provide enhanced reporting through HRG’s new Insight 2 Tool – a smart dashboard configuration which supports hierarchy push reporting as well as driving pre-trip trigger reports to promote and encourage best practice booking.  And, of course, our traveller tracking assists you with your duty of care.
