Our worldwide service proposition is focused on delivering Meetings Related Solutions. Our core offerings surround Meetings Management and Group Travel which are the two areas most closely related to corporate travel. We also provide Event Management services in some countries – but not all. The positioning of our overall service proposition is as follows:
Worldwide client management
Our Programme Management of client meetings enables companies to gain full control and deliver savings surrounding their business meetings requirement. Services include preferred supplier programmes and deal optimisation, data and reporting, policy and compliance controls, security and savings management programmes.
Worldwide client services
Our Project Services enable clients to channel their meetings through a single source and deliver effective booking support for users. Services include venue sourcing and booking, group travel arrangements, delegate management, contracting, budgeting and billing – and communications surrounding each project. HRG operates these service in every country around our network.
Local event management
Event Management requirements can range from support with product launches and company parties, to conferences, motivational programmes and major team building events. At a more creative level, involving the content of these events itself, HRG offers different services in different countries.
In some markets, HRG offer full Event Management services. These can include support with the design, theme and production, through to comprehensive project management and technical build of an event. In some countries we will partner the delivery of these services through specialist agencies.
HRG will also offer additional related services where clients require support with incentive travel or motivational programmes. Again, HRG will also partner with other companies where these specialist services are delivered locally.
