As a global company operating across a number of locations you need to know your travel requirements are looked after in every destination to the same standard of excellence. HRG will put together a management team, led by a senior global account manager, to provide you with the right people in each country for day to day contact.
The management team will work with you on an evolving business plan which will include measurable goals such as for instance, delivery of a travel portal, online booking solution and video-conferencing. A rollout schedule will also be part of the plan as will elements such as a global preferred supplier programme and a strategy to communicate the programme across all locations.

For example, for one global client, operating in the pharmaceutical sector, we devised, delivered and implemented the plan on time and within budget. Through standardisation of the booking process and efficient implementation of the programme we managed to lower the overall cost per transaction in a relatively short space of time.
The client saw savings of £37.2 million over four years through global consolidation of its travel programme. Savings were made in a number of areas including through advance negotiations, policy compliance management, the introduction of online booking, a managed group air programme and the introduction of a global hotel programme.
