New client implementation

HRG won this new client at the beginning of 2011 and the requirement was to get them up and running as smoothly as possible as well as improve online adoption rates.
Through a series of initial joint planning and preparation meetings we managed to deal with many logistical challenges which enabled us to provide a good service to the client from the start date at the end of March.
Throughout, we have ensured they have clear information which they can understand and digest. Information should be backed up by written documentation for later reference. It has also been important to train the service team to deal with the client on a day-to-day basis as well as educate them on dealing with the new logistics.
Time and effort spent in the implementation process helps HRG as a travel management company foster loyalty and develop a good customer relationship.
After several months of providing a travel service to them, the client has said they are satisfied. The next step is to help them build their profiles with the necessary information so that they can maximise the benefits of the technology.
