Keith Burgess - General Counsel & Central Services Director

A qualified Barrister, Keith Burgess has been a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries since 1991.

Keith joined Hogg Robinson Group in 2000 and during his time with the Company has been closely involved in HRG’s international expansion, acquisition and divestment programme. Most recently, Keith took on a leading role in HRG’s successful IPO, resulting in the Company listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2006.

Prior to joining HRG, Keith was Company Secretary/General Counsel for hotel group Queens Moat Houses plc and was part of a small management team involved in negotiating and implementing its financial restructuring in the early 1990s.
