Mr . Ashish Kishore
Country Head - HRG India
With a master’s degree in Tourism Administration and 15 years’ experience in the travel industry, Ashish Kishore joined HRG India on July 2011 supporting the brand’s launch in India.
Having previously held a number of senior positions throughout his career for companies including yatra.com in leisure and retail, Ashish was offered the position of HRG India Country Head.
Some of Ashish’s key achievements to date include successfully incubating holiday business, successfully establishing retail business and overall establishment of yatra.com as a leisure brand. Ashish has supported companies to establish and improve their leisure brands and expand their retail business. His past experiences have aided him in gaining extensive knowledge and know-how in management, process improvising and business development.
In his current position, Ashish is responsible for leading the company achieve sales and market expansion, supporting the establishment of HRG India as the most trusted, leading travel service organisation in the country.
Ashish is a real ‘people’s person’ with keen focus on customer delivery. As a firm believer in technology providing operational and service leverage, Ashish has a deep understanding of process and an unwavering desire to improvise on then. He’s also an adoring family man with keen interests in cartoons.
Mr . Dheeraj Rastogi
Head of Finance Functions - HRG India
A financial specialist with 12 years of experience in heading finance, project management, strategizing and budgeting, Dheeraj Rastogi joined HRG India in October 2011 as the head of Finance Functions in India.
Prior to joining HRG India, Dheeraj occupied various positions, one of which he was awarded as winner of the Gallop Survey on Employee Satisfaction (Head of Shared Service Centre, Kuoni). In his current position, Dheeraj holds the responsibility for all of HRG India Finance functions, including: controlling, managing, authorising, evaluating and implementing Corporate Finance.
Being a very people-centric person, Dheeraj focuses significantly on customer satisfaction and is strong believer in the use of technology to achieve ultimate organizational advantage.
