Meetings management technology

In addition to our corporate travel experience, we use our in-house technology to find and book your meeting and capture all relevant information.

The technology enables us to help you source the right location using a number of criteria, view venue information, capture booking data and specific meeting requirements, store rack rates and negotiated rates and make use of a meeting calendar for both proposed and confirmed events.

Delegate management services

Our in-house systems also enable you and your attendees to manage any size event in terms of planning, registration and post-event evaluation. The technology not only stores delegate information but also allows you to add relevant PDF documents or links to other related files at any time, book transfers and hotel accommodation and find all contact details related to the event.
