The HRG UK Hotel Service is a unique innovation offering integrated travel management, with a specialist hotel capability. Our service has been designed to deliver a fully flexible offering, tailored to suit specific client needs. It can be delivered as a pure hotel only service, or as part of a wider travel programme, both online and offline.
Our technology is used to provide a multi-channel solution, accessing global hotel rates, both GDS and non-GDS, from budget brands to luxury chains. Our point of sale system has the ability to manage hotel allocation, and provides comprehensive management information, including pre-trip reporting. All of this enables us to provide the right rate at the right time, empowering clients to make more informed decisions.
Specialist knowledge
Our Hotel Service has a specialist service centre based in Leicester with a team of over 200 employees who deal solely with hotel bookings. This provides us with a vast array of knowledge and expertise.
Our unique Global Hotel Programme, means we can offer availability in "sold out" periods. We also source and negotiate specific allocations on behalf of clients.
Comprehensive management information provides enhanced programme control and deal maximisation. The flexibility of our MIS system allows the data to be broken down and sorted in a number of ways to meet precise requirements. It also enables us to analyse trends and patterns for volume and stay, to support on-going supplier rate negotiation.
Integrated technology
Our hotel booking capability works across today’s complex, multi-channel environment (GDS and non-GDS, allocation etc). Our technology has integration capabilities and technology independence, and we work with both HRG and third party tools to deliver the best result for the client.
We exploit our technology capabilities to achieve the best price for our clients, using a combination of forward-planning and negotiating, best price on the day, and last-minute sale prices.
