The HRG Australia Events and Meetings Management team have successfully coordinated and organised extremely successful events across the region over a number of years. This experience allows us to leverage excellent rates and priorities as a result of the long term professional relationships that have been forged.

The HRG Events and Meetings division managed the accommodation and venue component for the 2010 conference for an international technology client using Sydney as its base. We were requested to negotiate the best possible group accommodation rates at a designated conference hotel, maximise value-add opportunities at the property for cost avoidance purposes and organise a dinner and entertainment package at a designated Sydney venue.

HRG Events and Meetings Management division has a strong relationship with the property and was able to negotiate significant savings for our client. These savings were achieved in many different areas including the accommodation and in-house conference facilities as well as many value added services; from complimentary internet usage to VIP amenities and secretarial services. At the venue itself HRG’s Event Management team’s unique relationship with the property meant that major cost savings could also be made on the dinner and entertainment arrangements.

These exclusive abilities and relationships enabled HRG Australia to save the client approximately $30,000 Australian dollars immediately. ​​​​​
