Support Services

Delivering assistance and the support you may need when it matters

HRG provides corporate clients with much more than just travel, payment and accounting. We are also here to provide you with additional services to make the entire journey from consideration to booking and travel, along with any related formalities, as smooth as possible.

Training

Your travel programme is just the start of our job and a formal customised training process, to communicate change and ensure buy-in from all parties is one of the first steps we take together.

Training provides information on products and technologies as well as giving you the opportunity to give feedback from travellers on any elements of the process. Training sessions usually take place at your offices to ensure minimal disruption and the process often includes HRG Roadshows and preferred supplier visits for all parties to get to know each other and the creation of travel user groups to provide regular feedback.

Visa expertise

HRG provides a passport and visa application and processing service in line with local legislation and regulations. Where possible, we take a proactive role in processing applications in terms of providing our corporate clients with all relevant information, manual checks to ensure accuracy and final delivery to your travellers.

Airport lounges

Whilst many corporate travellers are familiar with airline lounges and access privileges, there are some destinations, particularly third world and emerging regions, where travel management companies handle the process. HRG provides a meet and greet service to facilitate your travellers’ arrival and security experience within these destinations.

Continental rail office

HRG offers you a specialist rail office, which is based in London. Rail enquiries and bookings are initially handled by your travel team and then passed to our office for fulfilment. The specialist rail team can offer you advice on rail options and ticketing within Europe as well as experience of other countries including the US and Japan.
