Lloyds Pharmacy Selects HRG UK

Lloyds Pharmacy Limited, which operates more than 1,700 pharmacies throughout the UK, has become the latest household name company to select HRG UK as its corporate travel services provider. The company cited HRG UK’s proactive and flexible approach and ability to offer a segmented but fully synchronised service as key reasons for the multi-million pound contract award.

HRG UK was awarded the account, which covers Lloyds Pharmacy’s business travel, hotel and groups and meetings requirements, following a six-way competitive pitch which included the current incumbent. From November 2008 HRG UK will service Lloyds Pharmacy’s corporate travel needs through its Leicester office which provides a full business travel centre including hotel and groups and meetings expertise.

With a remit to maximise return on expenditure, help control leakage and provide comprehensive data, HRG UK will look to implement its proprietary self service reservation solution, HRG OnlineTM for the benefit of Lloyds Pharmacy’s corporate travellers as well as HRG Travel WatchTM, the web-based traveller tracking tool.
