As corporate clients and their travellers increasingly look for a seamless online environment through which to consider and process their business travel related requirements, Hogg Robinson Group (HRG) has rolled out an enhanced version of HRG i-SuiteTM across North America. The web-based portal now offers the ability to integrate a self service reservation tool, data consolidation and reporting, expense management and traveller tracking capabilities.
Weatherford International Ltd, one of the world’s largest diversified upstream oilfield service companies, was the first HRG client in North America to implement HRG i-Suite. Having been impressed with the portal’s flexible capabilities, Weatherford will now be migrating its 3,500 corporate travellers across to the new solution and incorporating the latest look, feel and functionality. The cost effective and fully integrated secure interface will offer a ‘one stop shop’ web-based corporate travel solution, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from any location worldwide.

The tool offers access to post trip data by individual market or region or on a global basis (for those clients who require global data consolidation). It provides ‘on demand’ information at both summary level and by individual transaction, all delivered quickly, simply and effectively.
HRG Expense ManagementTM
HRG Expense Management can be integrated into companies’ existing financial systems to efficiently track travel and purchases from a variety of sources including corporate credit cards, travel and entertainment cards, personal cash claims, mobile and office phones, fuel and car charges and travel data.
HRG Travel WatchTM
HRG Travel Watch is a highly intelligent, web enabled, reporting tool that is designed to quickly locate travellers at any time, anywhere in the world. As well as being an invaluable security tool, HRG Travel Watch can also be used to monitor and demonstrate compliance to a particular supplier. All the results can be viewed graphically, with interactive maps, pie charts and graphs, to provide ‘at a glance’ summary reports.
