HRG Nigeria Strengthens Operations Through Acquisition

Corporate services expert HRG Nigeria has announced the acquisition of a 75% majority stake in Navigator World Travel Centre (Navigator). Navigator is one of the Nigeria’s leading travel management companies with an excellent reputation for quality service. The company has an extensive portfolio of loyal clients and services organisations throughout Nigeria.

Building on HRG Nigeria’s existing strong presence in the country, the acquisition provides HRG Nigeria with additional well-established operational bases in Lagos and Enugu (the heart of Eastern Nigeria) and demonstrates HRG Nigeria’s commitment to shaping the standards in corporate travel and related services throughout the country.

Commenting on the development, Olufemi Adefope, Managing Director of HRG Nigeria, said: “I am absolutely delighted to announce the acquisition of a significant stake in Navigator World Travel Centre and to welcome their management team and staff to HRG Nigeria.
