This evening (29 November), in the presence of high ranking officials, local business leaders, corporate clients and suppliers, Mexican corporate travel experts Villa Tours will celebrate its strategic alliance with international corporate services company Hogg Robinson Group (HRG) and a new name for its operations in the country – HRG Mexico.
An elegant reception at the home of British Ambassador Giles Paxman is the setting for this important step for
Villa Tours where the company’s senior executives will be joined at the event by David Radcliffe (Chief Executive, HRG), Roger Westwood (Overseas Investments
Director, HRG) and Mike Platt (Global Industry Affairs Director, HRG).
Founded in 1980, Villa Tours now employs 130 people based in key city locations – Mexico City, Monterrey and
Guadalajara – supported by a network of implant offices in corporate clients’ headquarters. It has established an excellent reputation for quality service combined with consistent growth and its decision to join HRG’s global network of corporate services specialists enables HRG Mexico to provide global capabilities in addition to its local knowledge and expertise.
Villa Tours Managing Director, Antonio Cantú, explains: “Our relationship with HRG offers an opportunity to align ourselves with a global leader, introduce new products,
services and solutions and drive the industry forward to meet the changing needs of corporate clients. We are excited about the opportunities this will create for our staff, our corporate clients and our business generally as we adopt the HRG corporate services strategy and expand our offering.”
He continued: “One of our goals, as part of this partnership approach with HRG, is to become even closer to our clients and inspire confidence that we understand
their business objectives and that we are committed to meeting them. This includes sourcing opportunities for focus outside the traditional travel management
arena into the related business streams offered by HRG and implementing new technology and client service solutions.”
David Radcliffe, Chief Executive of Hogg Robinson Group, added: “Our corporate services philosophy is quite simple: we are committed to ensuring that we provide a comprehensive range of solutions that add demonstrable value. For our clients this means that we maximise the return on investment of every single dollar of corporate travel and related expenditure.
“It is about being more than a travel management company. A member of the HRG worldwide network not only
fulfils clients’ corporate travel requirements but also helps clients manage their overall spend in related areas such as Consulting, Expense Management, Events & Meetings Management and Sports Travel Management.”
He continued: “I am absolutely delighted to be able to join Antonio and his colleagues as they adopt the HRG corporate services approach and launch HRG Mexico. It is important, as we strive not only to meet but also exceed client expectations, that we have a strong presence in
all key markets worldwide and with the launch of HRG Mexico we have a well established and highly regarded Partner that it is integrated into our regional
and global structure.”
