Corporate services provider HRG UK has been awarded the contract to provide business travel management services for Lloyds TSB. HRG will offer a complete ‘one-stop shop’ business travel service for the Group, including hotel, rail and air bookings.

Lloyds TSB, one of the UK’s largest banks, provides banking services for around 16 million customers. The business travel account will be serviced by HRG’s travel management centre in Bristol and its specialist hotel service centre in Leicester.

Commenting on the new arrangements, Val Inder, Senior Manager at Lloyds TSB, said: “We wanted to appoint a corporate services company that reflected our business strategies and HRG stood out as sharing our commitment to providing great value and services for our travellers. HRG will also help us reduce our impact on the environment. Our staff are now able to take eco-friendly steps towards greener travel where possible, booking their travel online and using paperless tickets.”

This contract win follows HRG UK’s recent announcement that it has won the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and Foreign & Commonwealth office (FCO)’s travel management account. Lloyds TSB will sit within HRG’s extensive existing financial services client portfolio which also includes Barclays Bank, HBOS and HSBC.

HRG’s range of corporate services includes travel management, fulfillment services and low cost transactions as well as Consulting, Expense Management, Events & Meetings Management, and Sports.
