One year after world class corporate travel services company Hogg Robinson Group (HRG) launched its Return on Investment (ROI) guarantee, those clients who signed up to the programme continue to benefit.
HRG is the only travel management company (TMC) to offer an ROI programme, which guarantees clients receive five times return on what they spend on air, hotel and car hire negotiations. ROI is measured by customized targets agreed by HRG and the client, which incorporate both year on year savings and current marketplace rates.
The ROI guarantee was implemented and is managed by HRG Consulting, a division of the company that delivers an innovative travel procurement consulting service. HRG announced the programme’s continued success at the Business Travel and Meetings Show (Earl’s Court, 8 – 9 February 2011).
