HRG i-SuiteTM provides a personalized electronic travel assistant that delivers timely information and services to corporate travelers and travel managers. It delivers access to a range of tools from online booking, to reporting and traveler tracking, through one single point of access. HRG OnlineTM is an in-house developed, enhanced online booking tool that allows clients to complete corporate travel reservations online, quickly and efficiently. Developed and created in conjunction with clients and their travelers, it delivers a comprehensive range of content and fares for a variety of traffic types including air, hotel, rail and car hire. The dynamic results display works to guide users towards applicable corporate fares and supports policy compliance. Effective travel policy compliance is achieved through the use of a comprehensive policy management system which aids both deal and supplier management. This helps control cost whilst maximising online adoption figures. The latest version of HRG Online includes an integrated ground transportation solution, enabling clients to book taxis and chauffeur car services online.
