    A defence technology and security specialist wanted to introduce an economy Lowest Logical Fare policy to achieve cost savings.

    A long-standing client of HRG in Canada had a history of purchasing airline tickets at the last minute for predominantly domestic flights, and was keen to address traveller behaviour to take advantage of the best possible fares.

    HRG highlighted to a Government client that it could reap financial benefits from consolidating its hotel choice in Leeds where the company produces 4500 room nights.
